Our Story

From the Emergency Services to Something a Little Brighter

L&B Trading Group started with two directors, both working within the emergency services.

​

Our day-to-day careers can be demanding, unpredictable and sometimes incredibly stressful. While we love the work we do, we wanted to create something outside of our jobs that gave us the opportunity to switch off, have fun and enjoy something completely different.

​

What started as a simple idea with Lemon Squeezy Drinks quickly became something much more than we expected.

​

We discovered that we genuinely loved being out at events  meeting new people, having conversations, seeing families enjoying themselves and being part of people's special occasions. There was something incredibly rewarding about serving someone a freshly made lemonade and seeing them come back with a smile.

From there, the idea grew.

We wanted to build something that could offer more than just drinks, which led to the creation of Lemon Squeezy Eats. What began as a lemonade business has developed into two brands offering drinks, food, treats and event catering.

​

Today, L&B Trading Group Ltd brings both brands together under one family.

We still work in the emergency services, but our business gives us something completely different, the chance to be creative, meet people from all walks of life and create experiences that people remember.

​

Whether we're serving lemonade at a summer festival, providing treats at a wedding or bringing our trailer to a private event, we love being part of those moments.
